Pick-up Orders

Please email us your preferred pickup date and time at info@chogus.com.au before collecting your order. This helps us make sure your precious parcel is ready for pickup and ensure a smooth experience for you.

Order Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, sales, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

·       Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking where available. You will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking information appears delayed or unclear, please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.

Delivery Issues & Delays

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

·       courier network issues,

·       incorrect or incomplete addresses,

·       severe weather,

·       public holidays,

·       unforeseen disruptions.

However, if your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

·       Chogu’s is not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address.

·       If the parcel is returned to us:

o  we can reship it, once you provide us with correct address. Please note: additional fees apply as we get charged return parcel fee from shipping companies, additionally you will have to pay re-shipping and handling fee.

o  We can refund, Please note: refund amount will be minus the – return to sender fee as charged to us by shipping companies, shipping charges, platform charges & handling fee.

o  We will communicate with you via email, SMS or phone call (if mobile number was provided at the time of checkout) and offer resolution on 2 above options. If no communication is received from you within 21 days, we will cancel the order with goods deemed to be Chogu’s property.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

1.       Check with neighbours, building managers, safe-drop areas, or mailrooms.

2.       Verify the address on your order confirmation.

3.       Contact the courier directly for clarification.

If the courier confirms the parcel is lost in transit, we will work with them to open an investigation and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
