Orders are for personal use only and not for resale unless approved by Chogu’s.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, handling or any applicable taxes. Prices on our website may differ from prices offered through other retailers or sales channels.
From time to time, we may offer promotions that are subject to their own terms. If there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will apply for that specific offer.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment and contact information so we can process your order and contact you if needed. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal or Afterpay). Chogu’s does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returned parcels.
7. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:

- unsafe,

- incorrect information provided by the customer,

Our liability is limited to the remedies available under ACL.
